We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $150 (before tax) for eligible items. This applies to smaller, non-bulky items only.
Large & Heavy Items:
Larger or heavier items are available for in-store pickup. If you need shipping or local delivery options for these items, please call us directly before placing your order. We’ll be happy to discuss options and rates with you.
Mixed Orders:
If your order contains both qualifying (free shipping) and non-qualifying items, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. You’ll see any applicable shipping charges before completing your purchase.

Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Options:
In-store: Free of charge with receipt.
By mail: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Non-Returnable Items:
Perfume, body care, and personal care items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for return.
